Bare Mum Postpartum Heat & Cooling Relief Insert

For the mama in recovery — she deserves every bit of comfort she can get.

The gift that actually helps. Bare Mum’s Postpartum Relief Insert is designed for the tender, in-between days after birth — offering soothing heat or cooling relief exactly where it’s needed most. Whether she’s recovering from a c-section or navigating perineal discomfort, this reusable insert fits seamlessly into the front opening of the Bare Mum Postpartum Briefs for lower abdominal relief, or into the widened gusset for perineal comfort.

Thoughtful, practical, and genuinely useful — the kind of gift a new mama won’t buy herself but will be so glad someone did. Because recovery deserves to feel supported.

Pairs beautifully with the Bare Mum Postpartum Briefs.
