DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

All Velvet Sunday orders are local delivery only, hand delivered across the Redcliffe Peninsula and surrounds — except our hats, which ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • Available for all giftwares, gift boxes and flowers. 

  • Choose your delivery date at checkout

  • All hand-delivered gifts arrive in our signature gift box

  • Local delivery is available for the below suburbs:

- 4017: Sandgate, Brighton, Shorncliffe

- 4019: Margate, Clontarf, Woody Point

- 4020: Redcliffe, Scarborough, Newport

- 4021: Kippa-Ring

- 4022: Rothwell

- 4508: Deception Bay

AUSTRALIA POST - MERCH/ HATS

  • Only hats and merch are available for Australia-wide delivery

  • Dispatched within 1–2 business days

  • Delivered in our custom Velvet Sunday mailer boxes

  • Flat national rate under 5kg

  • Delivery timeframes are set by Australia Post once dispatched

FLORAL DELIVERIES

Our floral arrangements are made to order and delivered fresh from our Brisbane studio.

Next day delivery is available when you place an order before 12pm the day prior.

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering — we can't be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or if no one is available to receive the flowers.

If a delivery cannot be completed and redelivery is required, an additional fee may apply.

If you select "leave at doorstep" at checkout, flowers will be left in the safest space our delivery driver can access. A photo is taken at the time of delivery and texted to the sender as confirmation.

While we do our best to deliver at your requested time, exact timing cannot be guaranteed.
