Our floral arrangements are made to order and delivered fresh from our Brisbane studio.

Next day delivery is available when you place an order before 12pm the day prior. 

We personally deliver to the following postcodes: 4017, 4019, 4020, 4021, 4022, 4508, 4509

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering — we can't be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or if no one is available to receive the flowers.

If a delivery cannot be completed and redelivery is required, an additional fee may apply.

If you select "leave at doorstep" at checkout, flowers will be left in the safest space our delivery driver can access. A photo is taken at the time of delivery and texted to the sender as confirmation.

While we do our best to deliver at your requested time, exact timing cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Delivery windows: We’ll do our best to accommodate your selected delivery date. Exact delivery times within that day cannot be guaranteed.

• Authority to leave: If no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be left in a safe location at the premises. A proof-of-delivery photo will be sent to the sender confirming the drop-off point.

• Correct address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Velvet Sunday is not responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries resulting from an address error made at the time of ordering.

• Failed delivery: If we are unable to access the delivery address or leave the order safely, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

• Perishable items: Fresh flowers and perishable food items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

• Unforeseen circumstances: In the rare event of extreme weather, road closures, or other circumstances outside our control, delivery may be delayed. We’ll always communicate this as quickly as possible.

• Damages: If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us at hello@velvetsundaystudio.com.au within 12 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we’re unable to accept change of mind returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. We hope you understand!

That said, we’ll always make it right if:

• Your arrangement arrives in poor or unsatisfactory condition

• Your order was damaged in transit

• The wrong product was delivered

If any of the above apply, please contact us at hello@velvetsundaystudio.com.au within 12 hours of delivery with a photo and a description of the issue and we’ll sort it for you.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Claims made after the 12 hour window cannot be accepted due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.

• Flower varieties can vary from those pictured due to seasonal availability — this is not considered a fault or reason for return.

• Natural variations in bloom colour, size, and shape are part of the beauty of fresh flowers and are not considered defects.

• Velvet Sunday is not responsible for the deterioration of flowers resulting from inadequate care once delivered.

• We recommend placing your flowers in fresh water immediately upon receipt and keeping them away from direct sunlight and heat.
